Social Growth Engine affiliate program terms

These terms explain how commissions are earned, tracked, and paid. By applying or creating a referral link you accept them.

Commission rate

Approved affiliates earn 20% of every payment on the plan a referred customer bought through your link or code, for 12 months from their first payment. Renewals of that plan paid inside those 12 months count.
Payments made after the 12 months end earn no commission, and so do other plans the customer buys later without your link or code. A one-time purchase earns commission on that purchase.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after any discount.

If a new affiliate joins through your referral link within 48 hours of your own approval, and that affiliate is approved, your rate becomes 30% for 12 months from your approval date.
The 30% rate applies to referred payments made while the bonus is active. A commission already recorded keeps the rate it was recorded at. When the bonus ends, your rate returns to 20%.
Joining with your own details, or a second account of your own, does not count.

Share your referral link or your referral code. A visit through your link is remembered for 60 days on that browser.
A customer can also enter your code at checkout instead of using the link. Codes are not case sensitive. When a customer enters a code at checkout, that code decides the referral.

Customers who arrive through your link or enter your code get 20% off their first payment on eligible plans. Some services carry a lower discount limit, and that limit always applies.

Purchases made by you, with your email, or on your own account.
Payments that are refunded or charged back. These may void the matching commission.
Customers who did not arrive through your link or enter your code.
Payments recorded while an affiliate account is suspended.

Every commission starts as pending and is reviewed by the Social Growth Engine team.
Approved commissions are paid manually through PayPal, using the payout details on your affiliate dashboard.
