Recommended next step

Compare the service scope, delivery method and terms before deciding whether managed support fits your plan.

1. Confirm the account is reachable; 2. check the sample

First view the profile from a signed-out browser or another account and confirm that recent posts, links, and contact routes load as expected. Then check Account Status and any notices available in the app. Second, resist diagnosing a pattern from one post. Compare a set of similar posts over several weeks and mark collaborations, holidays, paid distribution, or news events. A single quiet Reel could reflect subject choice or timing; an account-wide visibility problem needs different evidence.

3. Rewrite the opening; 4. narrow the audience

Describe the first frame without its caption. If “IMG 1042” or a decorative cover could fit any topic, make the subject explicit. A bookshop Reel can open with “three short novels for a six-hour flight” while showing the books, rather than a slow shop panorama. Next, decide who that recommendation serves. “Books everyone should read” is broad but weakly useful; a constrained situation lets the right viewer recognize themselves and gives others a clear reason to share.

5. Check the payoff; 6. improve the route

Watch the entire post and ask whether it fulfills the opening. Remove repeated setup and unsupported claims. If the call to action asks viewers to visit a profile, make sure the bio and pinned posts continue the same subject. The bookshop could link the flight list to a page with formats, stock, and delivery limits. Test that route on a phone. Attention is easily wasted when the next screen changes topic, hides essential terms, or sends people to a broken destination.

7. Run one controlled follow-up

Choose the most plausible issue and change only that dimension in a new, equally useful post. Keep a simple log of topic, format, opening, audience, publication context, and the metric tied to the post’s job. If reach remains low but saves and qualified questions improve, the content may be serving a smaller, more relevant group. Do not buy engagement or join reciprocal schemes to make the graph look healthier; those signals distort the diagnosis and can conflict with platform rules.
