REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be provided for any payment processed and activity delivered under any circumstances for all services, including but not limited to all Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook Ads Management services.
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are considered final.
Refunds will strictly not be provided for change of mind. If cancellation is requested prior to service being set up and delivered (within 6 hours), a credit only may be offered whereby the customer can receive the service or another service of equal or lesser value.
If a billing error has occurred it will be referred to the accounts team for investigation. If the error is found to be ours we will offer a FULL refund. If you failed to cancel the account correctly all charges will still apply.
